The My Lugano app is the new official platform of the City of Lugano. The app allows you to: - book and purchase entrances to social, cultural and entertainment facilities, events and activities in the City of Lugano; - manage purchased tickets and personal cards within a convenient and practical Wallet (digital wallet). From the Wallet, holders of a Lugano Card can digitize it or renew it, while those who are not yet registered can purchase a digital MyLugano Card; - view your balance of LVGA Points, the new digital currency introduced by the City, at any time; for MyLugano Card members it is possible to receive discounts from affiliated partners in the form of cashback, accumulate points and spend them on further purchases from partners; - explore the digital showcases of MyLugano Card partners: discover their offer of products and services, their contact details, discounts and promotions dedicated to members. The app designed for those who want to experience the city: you can buy tickets at your favorite facilities, benefit from discounts dedicated only to MyLugano members, get to know all the circuit partners from the comfort of your smartphone.

Edit. It works fine, the onboarding process should be faster and some polishing on the list of business. Else great way to move towards a blockchain future.

I was enthusiastic about the crypto payment idea and wanted to test it, but instead of letting you simply type your date of birth, you have to scroll through an interface. Minimum age is 14, minimum number of clicks is 14*12=168, provided you cheat on your age and pick the fewest clicks possible. If you are f.ex 32 years old, you need to click 384 times...... I gave up... Why do you even need to register? It is against the fundamental idea. Your key is your identity, the rest is irrelevant.
